Advancing Responsible E-Waste Recycling in Egypt
WRK+ X E-Tadweer:
At WRK+, sustainability isn’t a buzzword, it’s a core principle in how healthy ecosystems grow and thrive. As part of our ongoing commitment to responsible impact, we’re proud to announce our partnership with E-Tadweer, a leading player in e-waste recycling across Egypt.
A Partnership Built on Shared Responsibility
This collaboration brings together two organizations aligned on one mission: enabling progress while protecting our environment. The partnership agreement was officially signed by Nayra Elberry, Head of Partnerships at WRK+, and Karim Dabbous, Founder & CEO of E-Tadweer, marking a shared commitment to driving sustainable practices within Egypt’s business community.
Turning Sustainability Into Action
As part of this partnership, WRK+ will host a 4–5 day e-waste drop-off initiative at The GrEEK Campus Downtown. Members will be invited to responsibly dispose of unused electronic items, including old phones, laptops, chargers, and other devices they no longer need.
By creating easy access to proper e-waste recycling, we aim to encourage mindful consumption and responsible disposal, essential steps toward a more circular economy.
Building a More Circular Future
Every electronic item recycled helps reduce environmental harm, recover valuable materials, and move us closer to a more conscious, circular future. Through this initiative, WRK+ continues to integrate sustainability into the everyday operations of the ecosystems we support.
We look forward to seeing our community come together to make a tangible, positive impact, one device at a time.
