Senior Leasing Executive

WRK+ (The GrEEK Campus & MQR)

Leasing Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Leasing Executive is responsible for driving leasing performance for WRK+ by identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants that align with the brand’s flexible workspace strategy. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a full leasing cycle from prospecting to contract execution and handover coordination.

Key Responsibilities

A. Leasing & Tenant Acquisition

  • Source, approach, and secure potential tenants across target segments (SMEs, corporates, freelancers, brokers).

  • Conduct site tours, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective tenants.

  • Maintain and update a strong prospect pipeline to ensure healthy occupancy levels.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets.

B. Lease Negotiation & Documentation

  • Prepare proposals, tenancy agreements.

  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies and pricing strategy.

  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Management for approval and contract completion. • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lease documentation.

C. Market Research & Strategy Support

  • Monitor coworking and commercial real estate market trends.

  • Benchmark rental rates, competitor offerings, occupancy levels, and emerging customer needs.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support pricing and leasing strategy.

D. Tenant Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants before, during, and after onboarding.

  • Support tenants during handover, move-in, and any leasing-related communication.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure tenant satisfaction.

E. Coordination & Handover

  • Coordinate with Operations, Fit-Out, and Facilities Management to ensure timely unit readiness and smooth onboarding.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably in Admin. offices or serviced offices.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving leasing or sales targets.

  • Strong market awareness and understanding of flexible workspace trends. •

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools. • Very good command in English
