About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and oversee our personnel and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in payroll management, employee records, and HR processes. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while providing exceptional support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and benefits administration.
● Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal information, and employment history.
● Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
● Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and clearance.
● Handle HR reporting and analytics, providing insights to management for decision-making.
● Support HR policies, procedures, and internal audits related to personnel and payroll.
● Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate payroll accounting and reporting.
● Act as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR queries.
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably with a focus on payroll and personnel management.
● Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
● Professional, approachable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with HRIS or payroll software.
● Exposure to HR reporting and analytics.
● Experience in a corporate environment with complex organizational structures.
