JOB OVERVIEW
WRK+ is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in executing strategic branding initiatives, enhancing our brand identity, and driving customer engagement and online reach through compelling designs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels.

 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Marketing & Brand Collateral: Develop ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) design deliverables, providing creative support to the Marketing team to achieve outreach KPIs and client marketing goals.

● Brand Identity & Guidelines: Create strong brand assets and maintain comprehensive identity guidelines, ensuring all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistently on-brand.

● Creative Presentations: Support internal teams and stakeholders by creating impactful, on-brand presentations, maintaining updated templates.

● Artwork Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing artwork archive for all digital files.

● Print Production: Coordinate the printing process, including color proofing, of all internally and externally produced artworks with print agencies, offering suggestions for paper stock/material and technical applications for printables.

● Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest best practices, tools, and trends in graphic design to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

● Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.

● Experience: 2+ years of professional experience designing assets for marketing, social media, advertising, or similar environments. Experience working in a professional design agency is a plus.

● Design Prowess: Strong artistic eye with excellent design, color, and composition abilities. A strong understanding of typography and visual hierarchies is essential.

● Technical Skills: Mastery of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and use of AI tools is a significant plus.

● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

● Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and robust multi-tasking capabilities.
