About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, with strong expertise in handling day-to-day legal matters related to tenant contracts, disputes, and general corporate advisory. This role requires someone who is fluent in English, presentable, and capable of working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Draft, review, and manage tenant contracts and agreements.

● Handle conflicts and disputes with tenants in a professional and timely manner.

● Draft and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other corporate agreements.

● Provide basic legal advisory support to internal teams across various departments.

● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external tenants to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

● Maintain strong professional relationships with the law firm office for technical legal guidance.

Requirements:

● 3–5 years of prior experience as a Corporate Lawyer.

● Strong experience in corporate legal matters, particularly in tenant agreements, conflicts, and NDAs.

● Professional, presentable, and able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).

● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge of local corporate law and regulations.

● Experience working with law firms and external legal advisors.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
