JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Manager plays an important role in driving sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, analyzing and optimizing sales performance. He/She will establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain the tenant occupancy rate in Downtown Greek Campus to a minimum of 95%
-
Maintain the contract renewal rates by 100% accuracy (this includes signatures, payments, as well as increases if applicable). Close follow-up on the Sales Senior Lead to ensure that contract renewals are not missed.

Attain new clients or businesses based on our vacancies and the target assigned which is measured from the total revenue generated from our quarterly targets.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or amenities to our existing tenants.

Ensure that the Sales Senior Lead is contacting the leads and is fully responsible for the conversion rate of the leads received from the “Become A Member” sheet.

Ensure that the after sales cycle is coordinated with the Sales Senior Lead and Hub Manager for an effective onboarding experience for our tenants.

Provide leadership and direction to the sales senior lead, setting clear goals and expectations. Offer coaching, guidance, and support to improve team performance and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Coordinate efforts to provide a seamless customer experience and optimize sales opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors in the coworking space industry.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field

Experience: 3+ years of experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong leadership skills to manage and lead a sales team. Ability to set clear goals and expectations, provide coaching and guidance, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ability to identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue potential through effective networking and relationship management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance. Ability to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential
- customers. Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of coworking space products and services, addressing customer needs and showcasing benefits.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the coworking space industry, including industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and closing deals. Ability to navigate complex sales processes, handle objections, and secure contracts and agreements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and overcome sales obstacles.
- Ability to think creatively, propose solutions, and adapt strategies to meet customer needs.
