JOB OVERVIEW
The role of the Experience Officer is responsible for various operational and customer service activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience. He/She will work closely with the Hub Lead and be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, managing space operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Handle customer inquiries, both online and offline, promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and renting options.

  • Supervise and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including space
    maintenance and cleanliness to achieve a well-organized and presentable environment for clients.

  • Responsible for issuing the permits as per business need.

  • Coordinate with the Facility or Fit-out team to address any facility-related requests or issues promptly.

  • Responsible for space tours and providing regular updates on operational activities, member experience, feedback, and any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • Responsible for managing the relationship between the mall management and ensuring healthy communications.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Fresh graduate in any field.

  • Experience: 0-1 years experience.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and managing reservations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to the business
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required.

  WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Environmental conditions: Indoors
  • Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 2 days off
