JOB OVERVIEW
The role of the Experience Officer is responsible for various operational and customer service activities to ensure a seamless and exceptional member experience. He/She will work closely with the Branch Lead and be responsible for client reservations, handling customer queries and complaints, managing space operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client reservations, ensuring accurate and timely booking of spaces and amenities.
Confirm reservations and communicate details to clients to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Handle customer inquiries, both online and offline, promptly and professionally. - Provide accurate information about services, facilities, and membership options.
Assist in the operational and accounting activities of the branch. This includes maintaining accurate records of bookings, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including space maintenance and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any facility-related issues promptly.
Maintain a well-organized and presentable environment for clients.
Execute operational activities communicated by the Branch Lead.
- Collaborate with other team members, including the Branch Lead, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide regular updates on operational activities, member feedback, and any issues or concerns that may arise.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Undergraduate or fresh graduate in any field.
Experience: 0-1 years experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and managing reservations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to the business.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required.

Environmental conditions: Indoors
Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 2 days off
