Enterprise Sales Lead

JOB OVERVIEW
The Area Sales Lead is responsible for identifying potential clients and building relationships with our existing clients. perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance based on the target that he/she receives on a quarterly basis.
JOB SUMMARY
1. Identifying potential clients
2. Managing lease agreements, signings, and all necessary documentation on our ERP
3. Customer Service to our clients
4. Handling inbound/recurring events
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify potential clients based on our vacancies to increase occupancy rate and meet the assigned target.

Contact leads and answer inquiries for leasing our office spaces based on the received “Become A Member” sheet from the Marketing & Community team.

Build and nurture relationships with our existing clients.

Conduct property tours across the locations to showcase our available office/event spaces.

Negotiate rental rates and contract agreements with clients to secure deals.

Manage our lease agreements, coordinate lease signings, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately on Odoo.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to Sales Manager on sales performance, new clients, current progress of existing tenants, and other business matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education: BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on providing quick and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and managing reservations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to the business.
