JOB OVERVIEW
 WRK+ is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Media Producer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial for capturing the essence of our vibrant communities, unique spaces, and diverse events through stunning photography and compelling video. You will be instrumental in transforming ideas into engaging visual stories, from quick social media snippets to in-depth interviews and polished podcast episodes. If you live and breathe visual storytelling, possess a keen eye for detail, and are proficient across the entire production spectrum – from shooting to editing – we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event Coverage (Photo & Video):
     Lead the comprehensive visual capture of all WRK+ spaces, events, workshops, meetups, and community gatherings across all locations.
    Produce high-quality photographs and dynamic video footage that effectively convey our amenities, the atmosphere, key moments, and attendee engagement during events.
    Be proactive in identifying and capturing compelling visual narratives during live events.
  • Content Shooting & Production:

    Plan, scout, and execute photo and video shoots for a variety of marketing materials, including social media content, website visuals, promotional videos, and internal communications.
    Set up and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment effectively for both indoor and outdoor environments.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts and bring creative ideas to life through visual mediums.

  • Video Editing & Post-Production:

    Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms (e.g., short-form videos for Reels/TikTok, longer promotional videos, interviews).
    Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, music, and color grading to enhance visual appeal and storytelling following our branding guidelines for each of our brands.
    Manage and organize video project files and assets efficiently.

  • Photography Editing & Retouching:
    Select, edit, and retouch high-resolution photographs to ensure brand consistency and visual excellence.
    Perform color correction, cropping, and other necessary adjustments for optimal output across all digital mediums and print if needed.
    Maintain an organized photo library for easy access and archiving.

  • Podcast Production (Audio & Video):
    Set up and manage audio recording equipment for podcast interviews and discussions.
    Record and optimize audio for clarity and professional quality.
    Edit podcast audio, including noise reduction, mixing, and mastering.
    If applicable, record and edit video versions of podcasts for platforms like YouTube, ensuring high-quality visuals alongside audio.

  • Equipment Management:
    Oversee the maintenance, proper handling, sourcing and/or renting and organization of all photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
    Advise on equipment upgrades and necessary purchases to stay current with industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (2 years) as a professional Photographer, Videographer, and Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (events, interviews, short-form, long-form content) and exceptional eye for composition, visual storytelling, and detail.

  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard editing software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom ).

  • Strong technical understanding of camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless), lenses, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual content requirements.

  • Proactive, creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new techniques and technologies.
