JOB OVERVIEW
WRK+ is seeking a highly creative, dynamic, and proactive Content Creator to join our growing marketing team. This role is central to shaping our brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms, primarily focusing on social media. You will be responsible for bringing our unique community, vibrant spaces, and exciting events to life through engaging visuals and compelling narratives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Content Strategy & Management:
    Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
    Ideate and create diverse content formats including static posts, carousels, short-form videos, infographics, and engaging copy that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual style across all platforms.

  • Reels & Short-Form Video Production:
    Brainstorm innovative and trending ideas for short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that capture attention and drive engagement.
    Plan, scout, and execute on-location shoots within The GrEEK Campus and MQR demonstrating strong videography and storytelling skills.
    Edit and produce high-quality video content, incorporating trending audio, effects, text overlays, and transitions to maximize engagement.

  • Event Coverage & Live Storytelling:
    Actively cover events, workshops, and community gatherings held at WRK+ locations, capturing key moments, speakers, and attendee interactions.
    Create compelling real-time stories for Instagram utilizing various features to provide dynamic live coverage.
    Engage with our community to gather immediate reactions and testimonials.

  • Interviews & Feature Content:
    Plan and conduct engaging interviews with tenants, community members, event organizers, and industry experts for blog posts, social media features, and video content.
    Research topics and prepare insightful questions to extract valuable information and compelling stories.
    Transcribe, edit, and adapt interview content into various formats suitable for digital consumption.

  • Content Performance & Optimization:
    Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
    Assist in tracking and analyzing content performance metrics to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
    Adapt content based on performance insights and audience feedback.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, event managers, and other departments to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and business goals.
    Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and content ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

  • Excellent proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrable skills in videography and photography, with an eye for compelling visuals.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective content best practices and trends.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and capturing engaging content.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and experiment with new formats.
