Head Office at The GrEEK Campus, Downtown, Cairo, Egypt (with travel between The GrEEK Campus West location and MQR locations East and West Cairo as needed)

JOB OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all functions. This role ensures a positive candidate experience, manages the full recruitment cycle, and partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. The Talent Acquisition Lead will also play a key role in employer branding, workforce planning, and optimizing recruitment processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles and locations.

•⁠ ⁠Work with hiring managers to define requirements and create job descriptions.

•⁠ ⁠Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the full selection process.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience.

•⁠ ⁠Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring updates.

•⁠ ⁠Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain recruitment documentation and ATS records.

•⁠ ⁠Improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

•⁠ ⁠Experience hiring for multiple functions and levels.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent English verbal and written.

•⁠ ⁠Strong interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter
