Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brands and attract new customers. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and lead generation.

JOB DETAILS
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and community, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Curate and create high-quality and engaging content across multiple platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. This includes writing blog posts, articles, property descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Oversees and manages the output and performance of our digital marketing agency
responsible for demand and lead generation, platform optimization strategies, and digital analytics.
- Actively ensure the utilization of various tactics to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
− Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
− Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the startup ecosystem or innovation hubs
