JOB OVERVIEW
The role of the Senior IT Lead entails the administration and monitoring of critical systems used by employees, such as email, ERP systems, network, door access control, operating systems and software licenses, as well as the management and maintenance of the hardware inventory.

JOB DETAILS
1. Help Desk
Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from different departments or teams who may not have a technical background. Translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms to facilitate productive discussions and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and organizational goals.
2. Technical Visits
Visit all of our locations to provide in-person support and address IT-related concerns. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, conducting system maintenance or providing hands-on assistance to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
3. Internet Reliability
Oversee and manage internet activities across all locations within the company by monitoring and optimizing network performance, security and connectivity to ensure reliable and efficient internet access for all users.
4. Software Management
Purchase, set up and maintain business software that boost productivity and ensure efficiency, including; operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems and software subscriptions.
5. Hardware Management
Track and maintain hardware inventory.
6. Vendor Management
Analyze processes, technologies and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs.
7. Security & Data Backup
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems


JOB REQUIREMENTS
− Education: BA in IT or Computer Science
− Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT


WORKING CONDITIONS
− Environmental conditions: Indoors
− Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 2 days off

− Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to listen actively, ask pertinent questions, and provide clear instructions and explanations.
− Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Skilled in managing conflicts and resolving issues in a diplomatic and constructive manner.
− Technical Expertise: Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies relevant to the organization's operations. Proficiency in networking, hardware, software, security, and cloud computing. Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in the IT industry.
