JOB DETAILS
- Report Generation for Security, Permit, and Events.
− Create reports detailing security measures, permits issued, and event specifics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
− Gather data from various sources, and provide insights related to security incidents, permit compliance, and event outcomes.
− Handle emergency situations and coordinate responses.
− Conduct evacuation procedures, provide first aid, and manage crises.
− Conduct security investigations and gather evidence.
− Address and resolve security and event-related issues effectively
− Maintain detailed records of all security incidents, permits issued, and events managed.
− Present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
− Oversee and manage a team of security personnel, permit officers, and event coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
− Develop and maintain schedules for security staff, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
− Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in security procedures, and event management.
− Lead immediate response to security incidents, ensuring proper documentation, investigation, and resolution.
− Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure high standards of performance and service delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
− Education: BA in any relevant field
− Experience: 3-5 years of work experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
− Environmental conditions: Indoors
− Working Hours: 8 hours/day – 2 days off

− Risk Assessment: Ability to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
− Emergency Response: Proficiency in handling emergency situations and coordinating responses, including evacuation procedures, first aid, and crisis management.
